A nationwide call for innovators to surface new approaches to mortgage innovation.
The landscape for mortgage provision has remained relatively unchanged for decades, but a confluence of factors in today’s environment mean that technology and business model innovation have the potential to drive change.
Delta Partners & RDI Hub are joining forces to tackle this underserved area of fintech innovation - the mortgage.
What we're looking for...

The opportunity for innovation in the overall homebuying journey is vast, and innovators bring fresh approaches.
TEAMS
We are seeking founding teams with track records and a passion for the problem. Startups can be in the early development stage, but must demonstrate global ambition and potential. Companies must be incorporated to avail of the grant.
THEME
We are inviting applications addressing all aspects of the home-buying and mortgage journey, from process simplification, brokerage, approvals and credit scoring, to conveyancing, repayments, switching and beyond.
TECHNOLOGY
We believe that applications of new technology will lead to game-changing winners in this under-tapped space, from mobile, cloud and AI to the application of open banking and open finance, and API interfaces.

GRANT FUNDING
We are providing successful applicants with up to €200K in equity-free grant funding to progress their business.
SCALING SUPPORT
Through the leadership of Delta Partners & RDI Hub, participating companies gain access to investors and mentors who can advise on the best path for growth and scale.
WORLD-CLASS HUB
With access to the award-winning RDI Hub in Killorglin, County Kerry, participants can avail of a space where entrepreneurship is fostered, and co-located with Fexco, the leading Irish fintech.
